There is very strong circumstantial evidence that Charlotte bore a 10th child, Ellen Eve, in late 1835, to yet another partner, convict William Arrand (recorded as Allen), a fact that has eluded many researchers.
The following documentation speaks loudly of Ellen's close connection with Charlotte's family….
